- Assan Ouedraogo, who had to interrupt his preparation for several days, was examined more thoroughly after returning from the US Tour. The studies revealed he had suffered a knee injury in the USA. He is expected to be out of action for several weeks.
- El Chaidaille Bitshiabu is currently working on recovering a muscle injury in his thigh and won’t be available for the next few weeks.
- Christoph Baumgartner has undergone minor surgery on his right knee in Hamburg due to persistent knee problems, but will be available to head coach Marco Rose in the near future.
