Andrej Kramarić celebrated a special success: the TSG player helped the Croatian national team qualify for the 2024 European Championships thanks to a 1-0 victory against Armenia. Kramarić was in the starting XI for the important triumph and played 69 minutes.

Maximilian Beier will also return to the Kraichgau in confident mood following the international period: the striker made the starting XI for the Germany U21 national team’s 3-1 win over Poland. The result took coach Antonio di Salvo’s team top of their EURO qualifying group.

Wout Weghorst, who fired the Netherlands to the EURO with his goal in the 1-0 win against Ireland on Saturday, made the starting line-up for the 6-0 victory over Gibraltar but could not contribute a goal on this occasion and was brought off at half-time.

Things went less well for Ihlas Bebou and Kasim Adams. Adams and Ghana lost 1-0 to Comoros in World Cup qualification, while Bebou’s Togo drew 0-0 with Senegal.

The three TSG players Florian Grillitsch, Grischa Prömel and Oliver Baumann were not involved as Austria ran out 2-0 winners against the Germany national team. Ozan Kabak did not feature in Türkiye’s 1-1 draw in Wales.
