After training with Hertha on Thursday morning in Florida, Deyovaisio Zeefuik departed camp to head to Italy. He is set to join Hellas Verona FC on loan, subject to a medical and the signing of the contract. The Italians will also have an option to buy the defender.

The 24-year-old Dutchman joined Hertha in summer 2020 from FC Groningen. He played 35 times for the club in all competitions and scored one goal, and also appeared once for our U23s in the Regionalliga Nordost. The defender spent the second half of last season on loan at Blackburn Rovers in the Championship.
