SV Oberachern will be competing in the cup for the second time, having qualified after winning the South Baden Cup. Last season’s fixture against Borussia Mönchengladbach (9-1 loss) was also played at the Dreisamstadion, with around 14,000 fans in attendance.
Both sides are expecting tickets for the match to be in high demand. As a result, tickets will be made available in all stands, including the Osttribüne, which was last open for the Bundesliga game against FC Augsburg in September 2021.
