SV Oberachern qualified for the cup for the second time in a row as South Baden Cup winners. A year ago, the team from Ortenau, who finished sixth in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg last season, lost 9-1 to Borussia Mönchengladbach in front of 14,000 spectators at the Dreisamstadion.
The venue for the cup tie this year has not yet been determined.
