Tickets for Borussia Dortmund matches both home and away have increasingly been appearing on the black market recently. Help us to reduce the misuse of tickets.
Only tickets purchased through BVB (either in advance sales or on the secondary market) are guaranteed to be valid. Borussia Dortmund does not cooperate with advance booking offices or internet platforms. Purchasing tickets on the black market is risky for fans and may result in admission to the stadium being denied.
BVB is doing everything in its power to take serious action against black-market tickets. We hope that with your support we will be able to further reduce cases of fraud involving our tickets.
Tickets that were not purchased through BVB can be put into the designated “black-market boxes” in the stadium following home matches or sent by e-mail to zweitmarkt@bvb.de for the purpose of tracking sellers.
Tickets for home matches can be passed on to other BVB fans legally and easily at the original price via the official secondary ticket-market. The secondary ticket market is open until 12:00 CET on every matchday. Tickets can be put up for sale on this platform. If a new buyer is found, the price of the match ticket only (without the advance booking fee) will be refunded in the case of individual match tickets. For season tickets, the fee per match will be refunded pro rata. To do this, simply open up the BVB ticket shop website, log in and activate the tickets for resale.
