Referee: Aytekin to take charge

The former FIFA referee Deniz Aytekin (44), from Oberasbach in Bayern will oversee his 30th Bundesliga game involving BVB. The record is positive, with 16 victories compared to six draws and seven defeats. Only one of the last 12 games under his leadership has ended in defeat. The experienced official, who will be making his 215th Bundesliga appearance, will be supported on the sidelines by Christian Dietz from Kronsbach and Eduard Beitinger from Regensburg. Florian Exner will be the fourth official, with Tobias Welz the video assistant.

Tickets: Last chance for the “Secondary Market”

81,365 fans are set to attend on Saturday – including around 8,000 visitors from Frankfurt. Ticket holders who cannot make it at short notice can sell via the BVB Secondary Ticket Market until 12:00 CET on Saturday and thus give other fans the opportunity to come to the stadium.

Travel: Use local public transport

It is expected there will be increased traffic and car parks will fill up early on. The Intermodellbau fair and a Helene Fischer concert are taking place in the neighbouring Halls of Westphalia. The local public transport network is laying on additional trains, with unscheduled stops at the stadium set to complement the scheduled transport. More on that here.

The match can be watched on live TV via Sky. The pre-match coverage will start at 17:30 CET. Sebastian Hellmann will present the programme, with Tabea Kemme and Lothar Matthäus by his side as pundits. The BVB game can then be watched on Sky Sport Bundesliga 1 and Sky UHD with Wolff Fuss (bottom right in picture) as the commentator. Kits: Frankfurt to play in white

Borussia Dortmund will play in their usual colours for a home game: yellow shirts, black shorts and yellow socks. Eintracht will line up in all-white strips.

The weather forecast for Saturday: After maximum temperatures of up to 20 degrees, the probability of rain will increase up until kick-off (60%) and temperatures will drop to 13 degrees in the evening.
