VfL Bochum 1848 was the first Bundesliga club to resume training after the short Christmas break. Head coach Thomas Reis was able to welcome all but one of the players to the first session: Konstantinos Stafylidis tested positive for coronavirus in his native Greece. He will have to stay in Greece for the time being. A return to training is not planned until early January at the soonest. We hope for a further mild course and wish him all the best.
