Bei der Auswahl seiner ersten Elf musste Cheftrainer Oliver Glasner weiterhin auf die Verletzten Makoto Hasebe, Ansgar Knauff und Aurélio Buta verzichten, brachte aber dennoch drei frische Spieler.
